Stable statutory reporting in the face of internal corporate challenges
A manufacturing company had to face the task of closing the year and drawing up their financial statement at the time when it was implementing a new ERP system and tackling a seasonal turnover of staff. We were asked to take over the whole reporting process, which made it possible for the Client to minimize the reporting risk and channel their internal resources into the successful implementation of the ERP system. What we provided was not only a careful verification of data and timely delivery of the financial statement and statistics reports but also process-oriented support that simplified and streamlined future tasks and helped save the Client’s time.

A business that fits your needs
A Client based in a foreign country intended to set up a business in Poland. For business reasons, they did not seek to formally register a separate entity to conduct operations in Poland as a company or branch. With the Client’s business needs as a starting point, we analyzed their prospective operations in Poland from the point of view of tax implications and came to the conclusion that the option of registering the Client solely for VAT purposes was available. With their reporting duties kept to a minimum, the Client was given the opportunity to conduct business in Poland in line with their needs and with negligible operating expenses.

A tax-efficient back-office centre
A Client operating abroad chose to relocate their IT unit and shared services centre to Poland. We offered to register the Client’s company in Poland formally to meet legal and tax requirements as well as file for the company’s registration as a remitter of employees’ PIT and ZUS (social security) charges. With the type of the Client’s operations in mind, we also confirmed that they were eligible for claiming R&D tax relief, which translated into considerable cuts in the costs such as CIT and PIT, then we went on to secure the Client’s position formally and designed the necessary procedures. This helped them set up a tax-efficient back-office centre in Poland with low costs.

Support to set up all-service internal units
A Client launched a large-scale business in Poland and set to creating internal back-office operations (including tax and accounting functions) at the same time. In addition to the company’s incorporation and registration for tax purposes, they needed our assistance to help them design and deliver all-service internal units. Initially, we provided accounting/bookkeeping services in an outsourcing model along with full tax compliance services. Then we helped the Client set up a structure necessary to carry on the business and determine their demand for a specified number of skilled workers along with the design of all procedures and training provided to help them continue on their own. We also provided day-to-day tax and accounting compliance support, which translated into lower operating expenses. When the Client was faced with understaffing problems, we were able to take over all tax and accounting compliance duties again within a very short time while the Client was focused on rebuilding their team.
